1. Acceptance of Terms
When you create an account and place an order with FI Social, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions. This is a binding agreement, so if you don't agree with any part of it, please do not use our services.
2. Our Service
FI Social provides social media marketing services, including but not limited to, followers, likes, views, and comments. We work hard to deliver these services quickly and reliably. However, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. The speed of service can vary based on a variety of factors, including platform updates and service demand.
- Order Accuracy: You are responsible for providing the correct link and information for your order. If you provide a wrong link, a private account, or a double order by mistake, we cannot offer a refund. Please double-check your order details before submitting.
- Quality of Service: We guarantee that we will deliver the quantity of engagement you paid for. We cannot guarantee that new followers will interact with your content or that their profiles will be complete. Our focus is on fulfilling the numbers you ordered.
- External Changes: We are not responsible for any issues that arise from social media platform changes, such as algorithm updates, account suspensions, or content removal.
3. Payments and Refunds
All payments are made securely and are non-refundable once an order is delivered.
- No Refunds After Delivery: Our policy is final. Once we have successfully delivered your order, we cannot issue a refund. Our services are considered delivered once the purchased engagement has been added to the designated account.
- Deposits Are Final: Funds deposited into your FI Social account cannot be withdrawn. They must be used for services on our panel.
- Chargebacks are Prohibited: By making a payment, you agree not to file a chargeback or dispute. Any user who does so will have their account immediately and permanently banned, and we reserve the right to remove any delivered services.
- Refunds Before Delivery: In the rare case that we are unable to fulfill an order due to a technical issue on our end, we will credit the amount back to your FI Social account balance for future use.
4. User Responsibilities
Your use of our service comes with a few key responsibilities:
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
- You agree to use our services for lawful purposes only. You will not use our panel for any illegal or fraudulent activities.
- You are responsible for keeping your account information secure.
5. Limitation of Liability
FI Social will not be held liable for any damages you or your business may experience from using our services. We are not responsible for any losses, including loss of profits, data, or reputation. Our services are provided "as is," and we make no guarantees about their performance or outcome.
