Shopping Policy
1. General Terms
By placing an order with FI Social, you automatically accept all the terms of service listed below, regardless of whether you have read them. We reserve the right to change these terms of service without notice. It is your responsibility to review the policy before placing any order to ensure you are up to date with any changes.
2. Service and Order Fulfillment
a. Delivery Time: We provide our best estimation for when an order will be delivered. This is an estimate only, and we do not guarantee a delivery time for any services. Orders that are processing will not be refunded if you feel they are taking too long.
b. Order Accuracy: You are responsible for providing the correct link and information for your order. Misplaced, double, mistaken, or private account orders will not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure your account is public before placing an order.
c. Service Quality: We do not guarantee that new followers or likes will interact with you. We simply guarantee to deliver the quantity of followers, likes, or other metrics you have paid for. We also do not guarantee that 100% of the accounts will have a profile picture, full bio, or uploaded pictures, although we strive to provide the best quality possible.
d. External Factors: FI Social is not responsible for any changes or damages to your account that may result from updates to social media platforms (e.g., changes to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, or YouTube algorithms). We are not liable for any account suspension, content deletion, or other penalties imposed by social media platforms.
3. Refund Policy
a. No Refunds After Delivery: As per our policy, once an order is delivered and the service is completed, no refunds will be issued. Our services are considered delivered once the purchased engagement (e.g., followers, likes, views) has been added to the designated account or content.
b. Funds on the Panel: Once you have made a deposit to your FI Social account, there is no way to reverse it to your original payment method. The funds must be used for orders on our panel.
c. Chargebacks and Disputes: By completing a payment, you agree that you will not file a dispute or a chargeback against us for any reason. If you file a dispute or chargeback after a deposit, we reserve the right to terminate all future orders, ban you from our site, and take legal action if necessary. We also reserve the right to remove any followers or likes that were delivered to your or your client's account.
d. Circumstances for a Refund (Before Delivery): A refund may be considered only in the following, very specific circumstances:
- If FI Social is unable to complete your order due to a technical issue on our end.
- If your order has been placed and has not started within a reasonable timeframe (e.g., 24-72 hours) and there is no public notice of a delay on our site.
- In such cases, refunds will be credited back to your FI Social account balance, not to your original payment method.
4. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. We will not sell your information to any third parties. We will only use your data to fulfill your order and for internal business purposes.
5. User Conduct
You will not upload anything to the FI Social website that contains nudity or any material that is not suitable for the social media community. Fraudulent activity, such as using unauthorized or stolen credit cards, will lead to the immediate termination of your account with no exceptions.
6. Disclaimer
FI Social will not be responsible for any damages you or your business may suffer. Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no guarantees regarding the performance or outcome of our services.
